Our marine and defence recruitment teams are responsible for providing experienced skilled labour and engineering for the maintenance, refit and new build of select Ministry of Defence vessels to strengthen and support the UK’s naval service, this involves both commercial surface vessels and submarine fleets. RGS is at the core of the industry’s largest projects, including the Type 45s, QEC and Astute programme.
