My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Agent with E-Commerce experience to join a brand new team.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically via CRM
- Manage all direct customer orders as per the internal sales order process.
- Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiries
- Support with order status updated and delivery tracking queries
- Effectively manage calls, enquiries, order, complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with the internal and third party stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous experienced with a Customer Service E-Commerce position and knowledge of CRM systems. You will be self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach and be able to provide excellent customer service. An effective communicator, you will be professional with good problem solving skills.
