Administration Assistant – Residential Conveyancing 



My client is an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked, full-service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses as well as individuals and families.

They are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Administration Assistant to assist their busy Residential Property team, based in their modern office in Camberley.   



  • Providing quotes to prospective clients and dealing with initial enquiries
  • File opening and associated administration
  • Database entry and upkeep
  • Production of reports
  • Carrying out ID searches and Checks on Clients
  • Scanning in documentation
  • Dealing with administrative requirements after completion in serving notices and making payments.
  • Dealing with registration of property at Land Registry and any associated queries at that arise.
  • Dealing with lender’s requirements after completion, dealing with deeds after completion and closing files
  • Dealing with department administrative tasks
  • File opening and closing – requiring excellent attention to detail

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they are capable of working on their own initiative, have a mature attitude and are a strong team player.  An ability to consistently maintain high standards is essential along with excellent IT skills.

Applicants must possess at least 5 GCSE’s Grade A* to C (9-4) including Maths and English.  A full driving licence is also essential.  Experience of working in a legal environment is not required, although experience within an office environment will be an advantage.  Data entry skills will be essential as well as good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
